LIFE EMPOWERMENT COACH ✵ ENNEAGRAM GUIDE
TRAINER AND SPEAKER ✵ FREEDOM CREATRIX
I am here in the world to show you that you are enough and that freedom is possible. One mindset shift… one conversation… one action taken with resolve can change everything. Freedom is not a privilege for a limited few, but available for all of us.

That’s why I utilize the Enneagram, in combination with tools and techniques learned in counseling and coaching trainings, to lead clients and organizations through their own personal and professional transformations. When we transform one area of our lives, it has a cumulative impact on every other realm.

I spent a lot of my life trying to prove myself.

Prove that I am strong, lovable, that I am beautiful, that I am smart, capable, competent, that I have value and worth.

I tried to be lovable, giving love where it not only went unreciprocated but was mishandled. I tried to get the best grades that I could to prove that I was smart enough. I worked hard and molded myself (albeit unsuccessfully) into who I was told I needed to be successful to prove my competence. Rinse, repeat.

I developed some incredible skills with all of this proving, but I wasn’t happy. Sure, I found joy in my life, but I also felt like I was living someone else’s dream life. Not my own.

I knew that there was more to life and that I specifically was made for more.

So, one move after another, I started seeking wisdom, taking seminars, investing in coaches, making moves to take actions in line with creating the life that I desired.

It’s the reason I got my Master’s in Counseling and became a coach - to create the space for you explore the vastness of your dreams, uninhibited by the worries you carry outside of our sessions.

It’s why I continue to lead workshops and seminars - because when we alter the way we look at our world, we enhance our organizations and the people those organizations serve. We dream bigger dreams, set bigger goals, and accomplish more.
If you’ve ever questioned who you’re supposed to be - feeling like you have to be someone at work, someone else at home, someone else with your family . . .

no real idea how you desire to define success . . .

If you’ve ever felt hopeless - that you can’t choose who you want to be, that your fate is set before you and you have to fall in line . . .

If you’ve felt like
you want support but you haven’t been sure where to look . . .

If you’re ready for some new questions that will
lead you to a different life. . .
